FAQ

Q: What is this stuff?

A: Limited edition printed awesomeness created by the one-and-only Anthony Petrie (aka @zombiebacons).

Q: How do I know when stuff goes on sale?

A: Follow me on Twitter and Facebook for sale announcements.

Q: What do I do if I have a question?

A: Please feel free to e-mail me. I do my best to respond to every e-mail. I have answers to most of your questions, especially about your order or general work-related inquiries, including, but not limited to: What is our purpose in life? Is there a god? Why do Mommy and Daddy fight so much? What is my position on the role of government in supporting innovation in the field of biotechnology?

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, and between 5-7 days for shipping. Unless I'm on a beach somewhere in Puerto Rico for the weekend, then tack on another 3 days.

Q: Can I return or exchange?

A: Because of the limited runs of all the products, we cannot honor exchanges or returns. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. All posters are carefully packed in heavy-duty tubes, but every once in a while, the mail man decides to sit on one and crushes it. In that case, we'll do our best to accommodate any incidentals to make sure you're satisfied with your order, either through full or partial refund, or replacement if stock allows.

Q: How does shipping work?

A: Around Christmas, usually via Santa. The other 364 days a year, we ship posters in heavy-duty Kraft tubes rolled in newsprint and sealed with packing tape. Other products are treated with equal care, but packages and sizes vary depending on the product. If you order multiple items including posters, we'll do our best to ship them together to save on shipping, but we just can't fit a tee inside a tube with a poster.

Q: Do you combine orders?

A: No, under no circumstance can orders be combined. If you ordered two items in two separate orders, you will receive two separate packages, so don't ask.

Q: How do I become an artist?

A: Wearing paint-covered overalls and chain-smoking is a good start.

Q: Can I contact you for work?

A: Sure.
